i think a longer bob is better for a short neck that way it covers a bit of the neck and you might want to keep your hair very straight that way it will look long and sleek.

all you have to make sure is that it is a short bob, bangs will not make your neck look any shorter. I have a short neck too, I took up ballett and learned proper posture and TADA! there's my neck. just learn how to hold your head and your neck will look longer too (always a plus)

i am a hairstylist, if you have a short neck you should wear your hair short because it will give the illusion of a longer neck .... go short, trust me

long bob- wont make your neck look short- it will elongate it.

Either one is good, a long bob won't make your neck look short. Just learn how to hold your head. But get a medium length bob with long layers in the front.
