try a loose side ponytail...i used to get headaches and now i really don't put my hair into a ponytail like I am going to go play tennis, i just bobby pin my bangs,or put in a headband, and then put it into a loose ponytail or side ponytail......

Try poofing it up like this in front and use bobby pins or something, this makes your scalp nice and loose and relaxed lol, no more pulling! Then in the back instead of doing a bun do a ponytaill... cute!
